The rent is including usual consumption of water, heating and electricity, but excluding telephone and though usually also excluding bottled gas for cooking. (During winter-season or prolonged lettings water and electricity though can be according to actual consumption). The tenant is, unless otherwise is agreed in writing, responsible for necessary cleaning before departure.

To the rent is added a deposit of usually € 400, which is repaid afterwards, if the villa is returned in a clean and undamaged condition.

Under normal circumstances, a smaller discount can be expected by booking 2 or more consecutive weeks. Thus for example:
- 2 weeks: € 150 in total
- 3 weeks: € 350 in total
- 4 weeks: € 550 in total

By booking (primarily outside of high season) prolonged lettings an individual price agreement can be obtained.
Those weeks with red strikethrough are occupied already.

Payment conditions etc.

- No. of persons (max.): 8 person's incl. children (standard); Animals not allowed, unless agreed with owner in advance.
- Bring yourself: Bed linen, towels, dish towels and dishcloths etc.
- Cleaning: The rent is based upon the tenant's own cleaning before departure. Contact to a cleaning company can eventually be established.
- Rent contract and other informations etc.: Rent contract is made. Extracts of "Practical information's" and the villa's and a list of the villa's inventory (in Danish) is forwarded etc.
- Payment conditions: (standard) 50% by entering the tenancy, 50% + deposit at the latest 30 days before the start of the tenancy.

When the total rent, including the deposit, has been paid, and well in advance of the start of the tenancy, the keys to the villa are (normally) forwarded (otherwise to be picked up on the spot) together with a description of how to get to the villa. The deposit will be repaid when the tenancy has been terminated and it has been seen that the villa, with all that it contains, has been left in a clean and non-damaged condition.
